Tool and Die Division
Acquired by Jesse Baden and Mike Scanlon in 2009, our Tool and Die Division has built a solid reputation as a premiere tooling supplier.
Previously known as Trucast, Inc., our tooling and machining departments work out of a 22,000 sq. ft. facility utilizing 4,000 sq. ft. for office space, engineering, and design; 8,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing and precision tooling, and 2,500 sq. ft. for inspection including CMM and white light inspection.
We employ a professional and dedicated staff which includes executive management, onsite engineers, experienced toolmakers, and inspection team. Our staff works closely with customers to design and manufacture safe, dependable, quality tooling to their specifications and expectations.

Our Tool and Die Division specializes in part-specific design and engineering of ceramic core dies and wax pattern dies along with their support tooling. Our engineering team works diligently to design tools to our customers’ specifications and build instructions. We also feature a white light inspection department to ensure customers that our tooling will always ship to them with the highest quality.
