WWLCC 2025 Community Impact Award

Olympus Aerospace began as a single entity and has since grown to include three divisions and four facilities in Willoughby. In 2022, the organization was purchased by Katy Baden and Chris Scanlon, Jesse and Mike’s respective children, with the founders remaining on as consultants. In 2024, Katy and Chris introduced a rebrand that included refreshed marketing, an updated mission statement, and, most importantly, renewed values centered on continuous improvement, innovation, quality, transparency, and trust.

Olympus Aerospace is proud to promote continuous improvement among its team members, not only in their careers but also in their personal lives and the communities they serve. Throughout 2025, the company strengthened its commitment to local impact through food drives, chamber sponsorships, United Way’s Day of Caring, Miracle League, STEM Goes Red with the American Heart Association, the Cavs Foundation, and many other initiatives. Olympus Aerospace is honored to accept the WWLCC 2025 Community Impact Award and looks forward to expanding its outreach in 2026 while co sponsoring the WWLCC Chamber Cares Initiative.
